Your access to and use of the Wakefield Connect site is subject to these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions by browsing the Site.Registration
You may update, edit, or terminate your account at any time through the Site by selecting 'Contact Us', or by sending an e-mail to:support@wakefieldconnect.comIf you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the Site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies and protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.
Your Profile
The type of information we will collect from you when you place an order or register on our web site includes:Contact Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address.Eligible users, who receive cash or a non-cash award directly from Wakefield Connect, are required to register their SIN number and mailing address in Wakefield Connect. Participants who receive their rewards net of taxes via employers are exempt from registering their SIN and mailing address.
Eligible users who decline to register their SIN will not be able to receive spiff awards going forward. These users may receive merchandise less than $500 but cannot register sales claims, or receive cheques. Users who do not provide their SIN can continue to access education modules and all other areas of the site. However, registering sales will not be accessible.
We will never collect sensitive information from you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold from you by logging into the https://www.wakefieldconnect.com site and visiting "Your Account". If you find any inaccuracies, you can update them from here. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We will not transfer or sell your information.
We use the information you provide to send rewards items and to send you updates regarding the status of your inquiry or order and to advise you of exciting promotions and changes associated with the Wakefield program.
This allows us to process and fulfill your reward and to notify you of the status of your request and enables us to contact you immediately in case there is a problem with your order.
Rewards / Delivery
If you have not received your rewards cheque within 20 business days after the cheque mail out date, please contact the staff of Wakefield Connect, by selecting 'Contact Us' or e-mailing us at:support@wakefieldconnect.comWakefield Connect has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of rewards. We will do our best to get all cheques sent out as quickly as possible.
General
You must not:- use the Site for any activities that breach any laws or infringe any third parties
- use the Site in a manner or way, or post to, or transmit to, or via the Site any material, which interferes with other users or our other customers or defames, harasses, threatens, menaces or offends any person or which prevents any other person from using or enjoying the Site;
- make fraudulent or speculative inquiries, purchases or requests through the Site;
- use another person's details without their permission or consent, or impersonate another person when using the Site;
- post or transmit any obscene, indecent, inflammatory or pornographic material or any other material that may give rise to civil or criminal proceedings;

- reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Site;
- create accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
- use the Site to violate the security of any computer or other network or engage in illegal conduct;
- take any action that imposes or that would, in our reasonable opinion, result in an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

The services offered by Wakefield Canada, Inc., include the www.wakefieldconnect.com website (the “Website”), and other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Wakefield in connection with the Website (collectively, the “Wakefield Services”). Information Collected By Wakefield
